We have a number of flats to suit your needs, all of which are bright, modern and fully renovated and have all the necessary facilities. In addition, all the flats are located near the Labo Coworking and the sea, just a few minutes away on foot or by bicycle. A practical and simple formula, with a single contact to get the flat you need and at the same time a workspace where you can experience coworking and join a community.
In Nice, we enjoy many events around art and sports (regularly noted in our To Do Nice rubric), the sun 300 days a year and the warm atmosphere of the Labo, which I invite you to discover through our social networks and website. The laborantins work in a friendly place where they can share with others through the exchange of ideas, inspiration and knowledge.
